The website vcheck.com.au, is owned and operated by Online Vehicle Reports and provides users of the site with vehicle information reports.

By accessing and using the website, vcheck.com.au, you accept the terms and conditions of use and agree to be bound by them. Additional terms & conditions from our third-party information providers or payment gateways may also apply. These may include but are not limited to PayPal Australia, The Australian Financial Security Authority (AFSA) and the Personal Property Securities Registrar. Please review their respective Terms, Conditions and Privacy policies accordingly. We reserve the right to revise, amend and update the terms and conditions of use at any time, effective from the date the new terms and conditions are uploaded to the website.

You accept that Online Vehicle Reports do not own the data but provide a means for extracting the information provided by Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR) and National Exchange for Vehicle and Driver Information System (NEVDIS) and as such, cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracy within that data.

You acknowledge that Online Vehicle Reports are not responsible for explaining the specifics of any given report nor will they interpret the data contained within it.

Online Vehicle Reports do not accept responsibility for loss suffered because of your reliance on the information within this website.

The user agrees to indemnify Online Vehicle Reports, against all claims and damages, loss, actions, proceedings, all costs (including legal fees) arising from your reliance on any of the information obtained from our website; or your access to our website.

The user agrees that our liability is limited to refunding the fee paid to us, by the user, for the PPSR Search.

Refunds will only be considered in the event of a processing error occurring in the vcheck.com.au system or caused by an outage in the Government service that provides the data. Refund claims will be assessed on a case by case basis.

No refunds or credits will be provided should you, the user, enter an incorrect VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), Rego (Registration Plate) or State, regardless if a report was successfully generated and subsequently provided to you, the customer.

The services available from vcheck.com.au website is only appropriate for use in Australia. If you choose to access this site from outside Australia, you acknowledge that the service is not relevant for your use.

This agreement will be governed by the law of Queensland, Australia. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the Federal Court of Australia in that jurisdiction, and the courts of appeal from them. No party may object to the jurisdiction of any of those courts because it is an inconvenient forum or that it does not have jurisdiction.
